Is revival real in your hearts?

Last night I had this dream that somewhat disturbed me. It was not a nightmare, but it might as well had been. In my dream, I was at the Nicholson's along with everyone else that goes to the Nicholson's. We were all in the living room and I was standing up as everyone was sitting around doing their own thing. As I was standing, I was preaching. I was preaching about how we need to be ready for the revival. But as I was preaching, I noticed not a soul was listening. It was like I was the only one that had a heart for the revival in Auburn. It seemed as if the revival was real in my heart and no one elses.

Just to let you know, I don't know your hearts and I don't want to come across as the only one who has a heart for revival. I'm just telling you my dream.

Anyway, I after I had awakened from my dream, I asked the Lord why I dreamed such a dream. He told me, "Just pray." When I heard Him say that, I prayed that the body would be on the same page concerning revival. I prayed for unity and humility. I prayed for His kingdom to come. I prayed for His will to be done. Like I said, I do not know your hearts, but I feel like the body, particulary the part of the body that is at the Nicholson's are not on the same page. I feel as if everyone is doing things on their agenda, myself included. I feel this urgency to pray more for the lost and for the revival. Revival has already started, but I don't think it is at the scale the Lord intends it to be. I know it is the Lord's promise that the Jordan-Hare stadium will be filled to capacity with worshippers of the Lord. He told me this 3 years ago and He has told others. I believe everyone is in the Auburn area for a reason. I have no doubt in my mind it is for the Lord's promise of revival in Auburn and the area.

Please surrender everything to God. I know it is hard and a bit humbling, but once you do it, you find a since of relief and freedom because our God will be in control. "Commit to His ways and trust in the Lord, and He will act." Psalm 37:5 This is where unity is going to start. "Delight in the Lord and He will meet the desires of your heart." Psalm 37:4 Do you know how to delight in the Lord? How about asking Him what the desires of His heart are. This is how you are in union with God. Perhaps I should have put Psalm 37:4 before Psalm 37:5. I suppose it was in that order for a reason.

I also encourage you to think about these questions: Is revival real in your hearts? Why do you go to the Nicholson's? Are you busying up your own house or the Kingdom of God? Do you ever have alone time with the Lord? Do you listen to Him? How many times do you see the word "I" in your prayers?

Again, I remind you, I'm not just preaching to you, I am preaching to myself. There is a lesson here for all the body.
